Chuaigh siad ar aghaidh go dtí an babhta ceannais i mBaile Átha Cliath ar an gcéad lá de Mhárta. Is beag nár bhuaigh siad. Ní raibh ach cúig pointe san iomaíocht ag an deireadh. Ní beag an t-éacht é sin nuair a chuirtear san áireamh go raibh ceithre fhoireann is fiche páirteach i mbabhta ceannais an chomórtais leo ó gach cearn den tír. Ócáid thaitneamhach, thairbheach, a bhí ann do chách, a thug deis do gach dalta an Ghaeilge a chloisteáil agus sult a bhaint as an gcomórtas. Comhghairdeas le fhoireann SGS!
