• Applications for 4th (TY) and 5th year; Places are offered according to the criteria set out in our Admissions Policy. If you are applying under selection criteria 1 or 2, please print and complete the Religious Affiliation Form at the end of this application – include the reference code which can be found on the automatic email sent after submission. Remember to submit the Religious Affiliation Form to the school as your application cannot be considered under criteria 1 and 2 until we are in receipt of the Religious Affiliation Form signed by your minister.
