We are very proud of one of our 3rd year students, Liam Keaney, who has been selected to represent Ireland at the European Kick-Boxing Championship. The European Championships will take place in Macedonia in September and Liam will participate in the Older Cadets 57kg category. Liam has been a dedicated member of his Kickboxing Club since he was in Primary school and has worked hard to reach this level.
Liam also qualified for the World Kick-Boxing Championship last year which took place in Dublin. Unfortunately at that tournament Liam lost to the boxer who came 3rd by a split decision. We wish him all the best this year and congratulate him on his achievement which he has earned by hard work and dedication.
